At Pawsitively Heaven Pet Resort, we have done everything
possible to insure a safe, clean and exciting experience for your pet.
We are dedicated to the humane treatment of animals. Our mission is to provide pet guardians with a place to
leave their pets where they will be loved and cared for as if they were at home.
Our staff of pet care specialists, veterinary technicians, certified pet care technicians and trainers are
all here to meet the needs of our guests. We are staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Some things to know:
- All pets
must have current proof of rabies vaccination, DHLPP, Bordetella, and a negative fecal result (fecal within 30 days of your
stay). Bordetella is recommended every 6 months and all other vaccinations yearly.
- Cats are required to have current rabies,
feline distemper and feline leukemia vaccinations. We do accept titer testing.
- All pets will need to pass a temperament test before boarding or daycare.
Our doors are open Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, 7:00am to 4:00 pm.
The
lobby is closed daily from 12:00 pm until 1:00pm for lunch and playtime.

Pawsitively Heaven Pet Resort is located at 10051 Kitty Avenue, Chicago Ridge, Illinois 60415. The facility is located just
west of Southwest Highway and Virgina Avenue/103rd Street.
From Interstate 294:
- Take Interstate 294 to 95th Street East Exit
- Proceed
East on 95th Street 3 blocks to IL-43/Harlem Avenue South
- Turn Left (East) onto
Southwest Highway
- Take Southwest Highway approximately 1 mile to Virginia Avenue/103rd
Street
- Turn left (Northwest) onot Virginia Avenue for 1 block
- End at Pawsitively Heaven Pet Resort on your right.
